Here is another workout.
This is nominally an "MMA fighter workout." It's jut a collection of exercises by body part, done with rep counts aimed at hypertrophy (muscular size). It's got no real rhyme or reason to it.
So, at least the person who wrote it knows it works, right? Wrong. It even says - "This workout has never been done."
