Well, I can't do this.

  1. So, if I can do dead-stop, high-box step-ups, why can't I do pistols? Seems like the same movement to me, except for the added effort of holding the off leg up.

  2. @Andy - yeah, it seems like it should be the same, right? Give it a try. I can't get that far down.
