Gym Chain vs. Results
This article is remarkably like a headline from The Onion. Planet Fitness employee requests someone cover up her clearly successful results of exercising.
Planet Fitness is pretty offensive with their commercials and stuff like this: "Posters are said to define a lunk as “one who grunts, drops weights, or judges.” I guess they don't care about denigrating certain people as long as they can potentially get more customers?
Their niche is clearly casual exercises who don't show up that often. It's a big niche, but as a trainer, it's really upsetting. It's like being a doctor and having a chain clinic that just treats your symptoms but doesn't care if you get well or not - and actively discourages it.
